This product is specially designed for ABS plastics using vacuum coating technology, and is also suitable for PS and pre-treated PP plastic substrates. It can be used as the base coat and top coat of vacuum coating products. Application methods<\/strong>Curtain coating, spray coating and dip coating are all available.<\/p>

Drying<\/strong>The primer is required to be dried at 60\u00b0C-70\u00b0C for about 2 hours, and the top coat is required to be dried at 50\u00b0C-60\u00b0C for about 1 hour (the user can see the thickness of the film and extend the drying time appropriately). In order to make the coating film dry completely, the air circulation in the oven should be kept.<\/p>
