This series of products, including SZ-97+1 and SZ-97+2, are specially designed for untreated ordinary PP plastics, mixed plastics (miscellaneous materials) and other substrates using vacuum coating process. It can be used as both base coating and top coating. It has excellent adhesion and mechanical properties, low-temperature fast drying, bright and long-lasting paint film, plump, good leveling, less pockmarks, good feel, high hardness (not easy to scratch), not easy to matte, seven-color, stable performance, wide adaptability and other advantages.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Dilution<\/strong>: Users can flexibly control the ratio according to their needs.<\/p>

Application methods<\/strong>: curtain coating, dip coating and spray coating are all available.<\/p>

Drying<\/strong>The primer is required to be dried at 60\u00b0C-70\u00b0C for about 2 hours, and the top coat is required to be dried at 50\u00b0C-60\u00b0C for about 1 hour (the user can see the thickness of the film and extend the drying time appropriately). In order to make the coating film dry completely, the air circulation in the oven should be kept.<\/p>

Thinner<\/strong>: Must use DA thinner or T-407 special thinner matching with coating paint, and it is recommended to use Shenzhan special DA thinner.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
