It is the outstanding one among the same kind. The protective coating is SZ-97 vacuum metalizing coating or transparent color coating. 3、Application Procedure:

(1)ccording to the requirement, there are five varieties, including coarse and fine crepe, to select.

(2)With higher solid and viscosity, it may be diluted to appropriate viscosity with DA diluent.

(3) The quality of the crepe coating is related to the applying technique, the main points to come up to the level of even crepe, beautiful and handsome appearance are even film thickness, dripless, no accumulation, non-blistering, even smoothness.

(4) After applying, put the article into oven as soon as possible, baking at 70℃－75℃ to through-drying, then, aluminium metalizing and protective coating are applied in succession.

(5) Protective top coat is SZ-97 vacuum metalizing coating or color coating, referring to the corresponding product introduction.

(6) Keeping the unsealed package airtight to avoid skinning and gelatinisation.

4、Caution:

Because of inflammability of this product, it should be put in dry and ventilating place. Preventing from sunshine and rain-drenching during transportation and storage, and ventilating during application are required. Smoking and lighting fire are prohibited.

Storage period of validity is one year since the date of production, after the specified period, it still can be used, if the quality of this product is unimpaired.
