It enjoys the trust and acceptance greatly of the customers. Tested by the "State Quality Supervision and Test Centre of Coating" and certified by the "National Information Centre of Coating Industry", the properties of every item are excellent and up to or surpass the requirements of technical standards. 2、Fields of Application:

General PP substrate.

3、Application Procedure:

Primer:According to the volume ratio of SZ 97+1: DA diluent=1:2-3 to formulate.

Top coat: Using SZ-97 vacuum metalizing coating.

Application Method: dipping or spraying.

Drying Schedule:

For primer, approx 2 hours at 60℃-70℃, baking is required (longer time for thicker film). For top coat, approx 1 hour at 50℃-60℃, baking is required.

Diluent: Diluents matching this coating, such as DA or T-407 for special use should be used, special diluent DA of Shenzhan company is recommended.

4、Storage and Transportation

Because of inflammability of this coating, keeping away from fire and direct sunshine is required during storage and transportation. Fireproofing, ventilation and cooling should be noticed. Smoking and lighting fire are strictly forbidden during application.

Storage period of validity:

1 year since the date of production, after the specified time, it still can be used, if the quality of the coating is unimpaired.
