1、 Leading Features:

    This product is made of import, high quality raw materials. The characteristics are one-package, air-dry, pale color, high transparency, excellent gloss and color retention, good adhesion, mechanical resistance, good levelling, few pitting, matting resistance. This product is specially designed for rainbow effect of vacuum metalizing. For the good properties and high quality, it enjoys the trust and praise of the customers.

2、 Fields of Application:

    This product can be applied as vacuum metalizing primer and top coat for plastics, metal, wood, ceramics, glass etc. articles.

3、 Application Procedure:

    (1)、Spraying, dipping and brushing are adopted.

    (2)、In general, the volume ratio of 889 pale coating:7# diluent=1:1 (with flexible formulation by the customers).

    (3)、Drying Condition:Air-dry , or 50℃－60℃ baking, in case of high humidity condition, articles must be put into oven at once after application.

    (4)、#7 diluent for special use of Shenzhan Co. is recommended.

4、Caution:

    This product should be put in dry and ventilating place. Preventing from sunshine and rain-drenching during storage and transportation, and ventilating during application are required. Smoking and lighting fire are prohibited.

    Storage period of validity is one year since the date of production, after the specified period, it still can be used, if the quality of this product is unimpaired.
