1、Leading Features:

This product is a peculiar form of modified special coating by particular design for ABS   plastic plating.Also it is applied very well to PS and the pretreated-PP materials. The choice characteristics not only being of the same as SZ-97,but also light-colored, easy colorate,good leveling,ect.,which meet the needs of Toys, Gifts, Christmas` products and Festival Decoration manufacturers.   
2、Application Procedure:

For primer and top coat： In general, the volume ratio of the coating to diluent is 1:3(with flexibility, if required).

Drying Schedule:For primer, approx 2 hours at 60℃-70℃, baking is required(longer time for thicker film). For top coat, approx 1 hour at 50℃-60℃, baking is required.

To dried the coat completely,ventilating in the oven is needed.

Diluent: Good quality diluent is required, DA of Shenzhan company or T-407 is recommended.
3、Storage and Transportation:
    Because of inflammability of this coating, keeping away from fire and direct sunshine are required during storage and transportation. Fireproofing, ventilation and cooling should be noticed. Smoking and lighting fire are strictly forbidden during application.Keep this products indoor below 40℃.Lock up barrelhead after use. Avoiding skin contact to the best of your ability,if happened contacting,thoroughly by washing with mild soap and water.If eye contact by accident,flush eyes with clean water immediately,when the symptoms persist,seek medical attention.

Storage period of validity:

1 year since the date of production, after the specified time, it still can be used, if the quality of the coating is unimpaired.
