This procducts series including 97TABS、97ABS-T30,ect.specially designed for spraying method,applied very well to PS、ABS,pretreated-PP materials.it is used as both the primer and the top coat in application. It has good properties, such as excellent adhesion and mechanical resistance, low temperature fast drying, lasting brightness, fullness, good levelling, few or no pitting, high hardness, good handle, insusceptible to scratching, matting resistance, rare emergence of rainbow pattern, stable properties and broad suitability. 2、  Application Procedure:

This procducts is ready for spraying method.Our customers could apply the flexible ratio if required   

Drying Schedule: For primer, 2 hours at 60℃-70℃, baking is required(longer time for thicker film). To dried the coat completely,ventilating in oven is needed.

Diluent when it is necessary, good quality diluent is required, DA of Shenzhan company or T-407 is recommended.

3、Storage and Transportation:
    Because of inflammability of this coating, keeping away from fire and direct sunshine are required during storage and transportation. Fireproofing, ventilation and cooling should be noticed. Smoking and lighting fire are strictly forbidden during application.Keep this products indoor below 40℃.Lock up barrelhead after use. Avoiding skin contact to the best of your ability,if happened contacting,thoroughly by washing with mild soap and water.If eye contact by accident,flush eyes with clean water immediately,when the symptoms persist,seek medical attention.

Storage Period of Validity:1 year since the date of production, after the specified time, it still can be used, if the quality of the coating is unimpaired.
