1、 Leading Features:

This product is specially designed for PP substrate applied by vacuum metalizing. It has good properties, such as strong adhesion, good brightness, low temperature fast drying, high hardness, good handle, insusceptibility to scratching, rare emergence of rainbow pattern, matting resistance. In general, PP substrate must be pretreated in the applying process, that is labour and time consuming, and material wasting. In contrast, there is no need for pretreatment and prepriming, by using this product directly to the PP substrate, excellent film with strong adhesion can be produced. Good favour has been found in customer’s eyes. In virtue of the stable quality of this product, there are high praise and much recognition on the market.

2、 Application Fields：

This product can be applied to the PP substrate, there is no need of pretreatment.

3、 Application Procedure:

Priming:By dipping or spraying, the general volume ratio is SZ-PP: PP diluent=1:2-3.

Top coat:Using SZ-97 vacuum metalizing coating by dipping or spraying.

Drying Condition:For primer, 60℃－70℃, approx 2 hours, baking is required. (longer time for thicker film). For top coat , 50℃－60℃ approx 1 hour, baking.

Diluent: SZ-PP diluent for special use is recommended.

4、Storage and Transportation:

Because of inflammability of this coating, keeping away from fire and direct sunshine is required during storage and transportation. Fireproofing, ventilation and cooling should be noticed. Smoking and lighting fire are strictly forbidden during application.

Storage Period of Validity:

1 year since the date of production. After the specified time, it still can be used, if the quality of the coating is unimpaired.
