1、 Leading Features:

This product series include two types, namely : ordinary and high class, both of them can be used under high temperature. Being of characteristics of good mechanical resistance, high hardness, brightness, smoothness, high reflectance, good adhesion on the substrate, it enjoys the trust and praise of the customers.

2、 Fields of Application:

Reflector lamp made of metal and plastic materials.

3、 Application Procedure:

 (1) Ordinary type:

Being of single-package , spraying or dipping can be used , in case of viscous, diluting with diluent for special use is in need, then, baking in the oven at 80℃－85℃ for 20-30 min. is required.

 (2) High class type:

 Being of single-package, spraying or dipping application can be used , then, baking in the oven at 200℃ for 1-2 hours is required.

4、 Storage and Transportation:

Because of inflammability of this coating, keeping away from fire and direct sunshine is required during storage and transportation. Fireproofing, ventilation and cooling should be noticed. Smoking and lighting fire are strictly forbidden during application.
