1、Leading Features:

This product is specially designed for metal、glass、ceramics substrate applied by vacuum metalizing. Being of characteristics of excellent adhesion, low temperature fast drying, lasting brightness, fullness, good levelling, few pitting, good handle, insusceptibility to scratching, matting resistance, rare emergence of rainbow pattern, good properties, broad suitability, it enjoys the trust and acceptance greatly of the customers.

2、Fields of Applications

3、Application Procedure:

Priming:Formulation according to the volume ratio of this product :DA diluent=1:2

Application Method: By dipping or spraying.

Drying Schedule:

For priming, approx 2 hours at 60℃-70℃, baking is required. (longer baking for thicker film). For top coating, approx 1 hour at 50℃-60℃, baking.

Diluent:Diluent matching this coating, such as DA or T-407 for special use, should be used, special diluent DA of Shenzhan Company is recommended.

4、Storage and Transportation:

Because of inflammability of this coating, keeping away from fire and direct sunshine is required during storage and transportation. Fireproofing, ventilation and cooling should be noticed. Smoking and lighting fire are strictly forbidden during application.

Storage Period of Validity:

1 year since the date of production, after the specified time, it still can be used, if the quality of the coating is unimpaired.
