        Solid waste mainly comes from boiler ash, organic raw and auxiliary materials packaging containers and domestic garbage.

 

III. Construction and operation of pollution prevention and control facilities

1. Wastewater treatment:

        Wastewater generated by the company's industrial production includes production wastewater (circulating cooling wastewater, wastewater from water film dust removal tower of coal-fired heating furnace), and domestic wastewater in the factory. For wastewater treatment, the company has 1 set of wastewater treatment facilities, wastewater treatment facilities with a capacity of 40 tons / day.

        The circulating cooling wastewater is discharged to the circulating pool (about 100 tons/day) for recycling after cooling without external discharge; the wastewater from water film dust removal of the coal-fired heating furnace is treated in the sedimentation tank and then reused to the water film dust removal tower for recycling most of the wastewater without external discharge; the reaction kettle adopts the cleaning method of drying and then removing the film without using water; the plant's domestic wastewater (about 22 tons/day) enters into the underground wastewater treatment facility with a treatment capacity of 40 tons/day, and the treated wastewater is discharged into Meixi River and then into the South River of Rongjiang. After treatment, the wastewater is discharged into Meixi River and then into Rongjiang South River. The wastewater treatment process flow is shown in the following figure:

2. Exhaust gas treatment:

        The waste gas generated by the company's industrial production is divided into two categories: organized and unorganized emissions. Organized emissions of exhaust gas is supporting the construction of 1.2 million calorie thermal oil boiler and standby diesel generator generated by sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides and other pollutants, coal-fired heating furnace emissions emissions by the water film dust removal tower and sulfur removal device treatment by the 30-meter-high chimney emissions. Standby diesel generator emissions through the 15-meter exhaust pipe emissions. For waste gas treatment, the company has 1 set of waste gas treatment facilities, with a treatment capacity of 2000 standard cubic meters/hour.

        The production process is fully enclosed, there is no organized process exhaust emissions, unorganized emissions are a small amount of fugitive emissions from the production of material feeding, the main pollutants are non-methane hydrocarbons.

3. Solid waste disposal

        The solid waste generated by the company mainly comes from boiler ash and domestic garbage. Coal-fired heating furnace ash is sold to Meiyun Brickyard near the plant for brick making; organic raw and auxiliary materials packaging containers are all recycled by raw material suppliers; domestic garbage is handed over to the local sanitation department for disposal.
